Stemming from a volunteer Working Group consisting of 18 members from across Manitoba. With the support of staff members, various volunteer subcommittees work to bring events, programs and other initiatives to life.

MIHCEMI Project Coordinator is responsible to arrange a facilitator to Chair Working Group Meetings
It is a space to freely share best practices and information. The Working Group uses effective communication, honesty and transparency. Working in partnership with First Nations and Tribal Councils, governments, and housing authorities to bring collaborative, collective, and positive change.
